4-4- فعالیت های پژوهشی
اجرای 70 پروژه پژوهشی به عنوان استاد راهنما یا اجرای طرح مستقل پژوهشی از جمله :
• طرح ملی تولید پلیمرهای زیستسازگار با اشعه لیزر که برای اولین بار
در ایران وجهان انجام شد و مقالات منتشره از این طرح مورد مراجعه جامعه
علمی جهانی قرار گرفته است. محل اجرای طرح پژوهشگاه پلیمر و پتروشیمی
ایران.(برنده جایزه جشنواره بین المللی خوارزمی سال 1373).
• طرح ملی حلزون شنوائی (برنده جایزه جشنواره بین المللی رازی سال1382) نتایج این طرح در آمریکاواروپا ثبت اختراع شده است.
• طرح ملی طراحی وساخت چسب طبی زیست سازگارو زیست تخریب پذیر که نتایج آن به تایید وزارت بهداشت ودرمان ج.ا.ا رسیده است.
• طراحی و ساخت غشاء پلی سولفونی برای کاربرد در دیالیز کلیه(برنده جایزه جشنواره بین المللی رازی سال 1385)
• طراحی وساخت ظروف کشت سلولی (برنده جایزه جشنواره بین المللی رازی سال 1386)
• اجرای طرح پوشش الکترود رهاینده داروی ضد التهاب Corticosteroid))،
حلزونی شنوایی به سفارش شرکت اتریشی MED-EL با گرانت 93000 دلار، نتایج این
طرح در آمریکا ثبت اختراع شده است (شروع سال1386) فاز 1.
• اجرای طرح پوشش الکترود رهاینده داروی ضد التهاب Corticosteroid))،
حلزونی شنوایی به سفارش شرکت اتریشی MED-EL با گرانت 96000 یورو، این طرح
در دست اجراست (شروع سال1387) فاز2.
• طرح ساخت پوشش های زخم بر پایه بیو کامپوزیتهای پلیمری که در
بیمارستان شهدای تجریش روی بیماران سوختگی و سالک و زخم پای دیابتی در بخش
پوست آن بیمارستان استفاده و مورد تایید قرار گرفته است و نمونه اینکار
پژوهشی اخیرا به شرح زیر ثبت اختراع بین المللی شده است:

• اجرای طرح پژوهشی " طراحی و ساخت نیمه صنعتی پانسمان های پلیمری زیست
تخریب پذیر بر پایه کیتوسان برای درمان سوختگی ها" صندوق حمایت از
پژوهشگران کشور(طرح شماره:89001749 )
• طراحی و ساخت داربست های نوین نانوساختار بر پایه پلیمرهای طبیعی جهت
درمان زخمهای دیابتی با استفاده از روش الکتروریسندگی نانوالیاف (صندوق
حمایت از پژوهشگران کشور) – همکار طرح.
• در حال حاضراستاد راهنمای 9 پروژه دکتری یا کارشناسی ارشد هستم که در
دست اجراست که جزییات مراتب مذکور و بقیه فعالیت های پژوهشی اینجانب ذیلا
در قسمت 4-8 در صفحه 32این بیوگرافی آورده شده است.

5 - در باره دکتر حمید میرزاده
اینجانب حمید میرزاده در سال 1329 در سیرجان به دنیا آمدم تا اخذ دیپلم
ریاضی در سیرجان تحصیل کردم و پس از آن دردوره کارشناسی شیمی از دانشگاه
فردوسی مشهد درسال 1352 فارغ التحصیل شدم و پس از طی دوره سربازی در سال
1354 به عنوان دبیر شیمی در دبیرستانهای سیرجان مشغول به کار شدم. سپس در
سال 1355 برای ادامه تحصیلات به تهران آمدم ودر پلی تکنیک تهران برای دوره
کارشناسی ارشد مهندسی پلیمر پذیرفته و در سال 1357 با معدل(20=A) فارغ
التحصیل شدم و از فروردین 1358 بعنوان عضو هیات علمی در دانشگاه شهید
باهنر کرمان استخدام شدم. در سال 1373 موفق به دریافت درجه دکترا در همین
رشته از دانشگاه نیوساوت ویلز استرالیا (UNSW) شدم .
اینجانب متاهل بوده و فرزندانم بحمدالله در سطوح دکتری ،کارشناسی ارشد، و
کارشناسی تحصیل کرده یا مشغول تحصیل هستند. خوشحالم که بیش از 35سال از
عمرم را در خدمت به انقلاب بوده و در3 دولت بعد از انقلاب اسلامی ( دولت
شهید رجائی ، دولت مهندس موسوی و دولت آقای هاشمی رفسنجانی) در امور اجرائی
و خدمت به مردم مسئولیت داشته ام و همواره ارجاعات مقام معظم رهبری که
مربوط به امور اجرائی می شد چه در زمانی که معظم له رئیس جمهور بودند و چه
بعد از آن با افتخار انجام می دادم.
از سال 1359 تا سال 1376 درسمت های فرماندار سیرجان ، استاندار کرمان
،معاون نخست وزیر، معاون اجرایی رئیس جمهور و معاون رئیس جمهور ورئیس
سازمان برنامه و بودجه مشغول فعالیت بوده ام. اما همزمان با کار های اجرایی
به امر تدریس و تحقیق در دانشگاه و مراکز تحقیقاتی می پرداختم. به اذعان
دوستانم از معدود مدیران ارشد کشور بوده ام که با وجود کارهای سخت
وسنگین،که یکی از آنها بازسازی مناطق جنگ زده و مسئولیت ستاد بسیج اقتصادی
کشور بود، هیچگاه کسوت دانشگاهی خود و دانشگاه را ترک نکرده و به شهادت
همه دانشگاهیان در سمتهای مختلفی که داشته ام چه در سمت استاندار یا
معاون اجرایی نخست وزیر و چه در سمت معاون رئیس جمهور و رئیس سازمان برنامه
و بودجه کشور با تمام وجود و علاقه از امر توسعه علمی وفناوری کشور حمایت
و پشتیبانی عملی کرده ام.
در سال 1364 براساس پیشنهاد اینجانب (معاون اجرایی نخست وزیر وقت) و
موافقت نخست وزیر وقت در خصوص لزوم رشد صنایع وابسته به نفت از جمله تولید
مواد پتروشیمیایی و مصنوعات پلیمری با شرکت سیاستگذاران و دستاندرکاران
اجرایی، تحقیقاتی و آموزشی کشور کمیسیون هماهنگی علوم و تکنولوژی مواد
پتروشیمیایی و صنایع پلیمری تشکیل و مسئولیت ایجاد هماهنگی برای پیشبرد
این امر به عهده ام گذاشته شد. با پیشنهاد کمیسیون مزبور و تصویب شورای
گسترش آموزش عالی، مرکز تحقیقات و توسعه علوم و تکنولوژی مواد پلیمری و
پتروشیمیایی در سال 1365 تاسیس شد که با استقرار در بنای اصلی و توسعه آن
در اثر تلاشها و حمایتهای مستمر اینجانب پژوهشگاه پلیمر و پتروشیمی
ایران نام گرفت که هم اکنون یکی از پژوهشگاههای برتر کشور وبینظیر در
منطقه وکم نظیر در جهان است.
با توجه به نقش مؤثر سازمان برنامه و بودجه، تاسیس معاونت پژوهشی، آموزشی و
فرهنگی، که تا سال 1374 درتشکیلات این سازمان وجود نداشت، از اقدامهای
بنیادی و مهم اینجانب بود که موجب افزایش شدید بودجه دانشگاهها ومراکز
پژوهشی شد مبنای خوبی برای سالهای بعدی گردید. تدوین برنامه"ایران 1400"،
برنامه" اقتصاد بدون نفت" و طرح"فقر زدایی" و سرشماری سال 1375 از دیگر
اقدامات مهم بنده در دوران تصدی سازمان برنامه وبودجه بود.
تاسیس شهرکهای تحقیقاتی پژوهش (تهران) در سال 1364 و کاوش (کرج) در سال
1369 و مرکز رشد فناوری پلیمر درسال 1381 و همکاری در تاسیس موسسه دانش و
پژوهش ایران در سمت نایب رئیس هیئت امنای این موسسه و نیز بنیانگذاری
موسسه توسعه فناوری نخبگان با همکاری دفتر همکاریهای فناوری ریاست جمهوری و
جمعی از وزرای دانشگاهی درسال 1381 و همکار ی با مرکز تحقیقات استراتژیک
در سمت معاون علوم وفناوری مرکز تا سال 1384 و نیز صندوق حمایت از
پژوهشگران کشور ریاست جمهوری از سال 1383 نشانگر دلمشغولی اینجانب برای
توسعه کشور بر مبنای علم و فناوری است.
در سال 1376 توسط دولت آقای خاتمی ازادامه خدمت در سازمان برنامه و
بودجه معاف شدم و بنابراین فرصت بیشتری پیدا کردم تا فعالیتهای علمی و
پژوهشی خود را گسترش داده و در کنار همکاری با مرکز تحقیقات استراتژیک (
از سال 1374 تا 1386 )در سمت معاون علوم وتکنولوژی در امر نظریهپردازی
برای توسعه علمی ایران مشغول شدم. اما همچون گذشته در دانشکدههای مهندسی
پلیمر و مهندسی پزشکی دانشگاه صنعتی امیرکبیر و پژوهشگاه پلیمر و پتروشیمی
ایران کار تدریس و تحقیق را ادامه می دهم که تاکنون چند بار به عنوان
پژوهشگر نمونه در دانشگاه صنعتی امیر کبیر و پژوهشگاه پلیمر وپتروشیمی
ایران و در سال 1387 نیز به عنوان استاد نمونه کشوری انتخاب شدم و چندین
بار هم از جشنواره های خوارزمی و رازی مفتخر به دریافت جایزه پژوهشگر برتر
در زمینه پلیمر های پزشکی شدم.
از سال 1358 تا کنون عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان ، عضو هیئت
علمی پژوهشگاه پلیمر و پتروشیمی ایران و دانشگاه صنعتی امیرکبیر هستم
واخیرا با دانشگاه علوم پژشکی ایران برای تدریس دوره مهندسی بافت همکاری
دارم. مدت 33 سال است که افزون بر کارهای اجرایی متعدد و همزمان به کار
تدریس و پژوهش اشتغال داشته و دارم و هم اکنون استاد تمام پایه 37 دانشگاه
صنعتی امیر کبیر هستم. حاصل فعالیت های علمی وپژوهشی اینجانب تا کنون
328 مقاله علمی پژوهشی ( 141 مقاله ژورنال با نمایه ISI و 187 مقاله
کنفرانس ) ،چند ین کتاب و گزارش علمی و 31 ثبت اختراع و اجرای دهها پروژه
پژوهشی و فارغالتحصیلی نزدیک به 60 نفر در دوره های کارشناسی ارشد و
دکتری در رشته مهندسی پلیمر بوده است. در حال حاضر بر پایه پایگاه علمی
,Scopus 2013 h. Index علمی اینجانب22 است .
از سال 1376 تا کنون از 7 دوره 6 دوره رئیس انجمن پلیمر ایران بوده ام و
طی سالهای گذشته موفق شده ام 10 سمینار بین المللی علوم و تکنولوژی پلیمر
ایران را برگزار و در انتشار واژه نامه پلیمر ایران و نزدیک به 24 جلد از
دانشنامه پلیمر ایران و بانک اطلاعات پلیمر ایران با همکاری اعضائ انجمن
پلیمر ایران توفیق داشته ام. همچنین 23 سال دو ماهانه علمی پژوهشی علوم و
تکنولوژی پلیمر( فارسی) و 20 سال مجله بین المللی Iranian Polymer
Journal (تنها مجله ماهانهISI ایران) را در سمت مدیر مسئول و سردبیر منتشر
کردم. از سال 2011 میلادی با موافقت دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و انتشارات بین
المللی Springer کار تاسیس یک ژورنال بین المللی
بنام Progress in Biomaterials و به عنوان مدیر مسئول آن ژورنال را شروع کرده ام که تا کنون 3 شماره آن منتشر شده است.
در سال 1386 با دعوت حضرت آیت الله هاشمی رفسنجانی رئیس محترم هیات موسس و
هیات امنائ دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و با تصویب شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی به
عنوان عضو هیات موسس دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و دبیر این هیات و با تصویب هیات
موسس بعضویت هیات امنائ دانشگاه درآمده و در این مجموعه بی نظیر علمی که
بزرگترین دستآورد علمی فرهنگی انقلاب اسلامی و بزرگترین دانشگاه حضوری
جهان است افتخار خدمتگزاری دارم. بررسی پژوهش ایران در سالهای برنامه
پنجساله چهارم توسعه کشور برای تمام بخشهای خصوصی و دولتی برای اولین بار
بعنوان یک طرح ملی و تهیه اساسنامه جدید دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی از اقدامات
مهمی بود که در دبیرخانه هیات موسس دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انجام شد.اخیرا
نیز موفق شدیم تا با همکاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و دفتر ریاست هیات امنائ
آیین نامه تشکیل هیاتهای امناء استانها و نیز برنامه پنجساله 1394-1390 و
برنامه استراتژیک دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تا افق 1404 را تهیه و تدوین و به
تصویب هیات موسس و هیات امنائ دانشگاه برسانیم. البته اگر در زندگی
اجرایی و علمی توفیقی داشته ام فقط عنایت الهی و دعای خیر والدین عزیزم
بوده است و وَمَا تَۣو�'فِیۣقِی إلَ�'ا بِاللَهِ، عَلَی�'ۣهِ
تَوَکَ�'ۣل�'تُ وَإلَۣی�'هِ أُنِۣیبُ.
